My hope is that by coming to therapy, you will start to feel better than you do right now. We cannot change difficult situations from the past, but together we can work to help you feel better in the future.

I like to provide a nonjudgemental space in which you can take an honest look at what is happening in your life and grow as you move forward. I do this by looking at underlying thoughts, feelings, and behavioral/relational patterns that have contributed to issues you may be experiencing.
